"Couldn’t Rely on It When It Mattered"
I really wanted this to work, but when I actually needed to restore my backups, it failed twice. That’s pretty much the worst time for something like this to let you down. Personally, I wouldn’t trust it again.

"Looked compatible, but my gut was right to be cautious"
I bought this because the website said it worked with Windows 11, but I never got it running on my laptop. The installer kept failing, and I tried all the normal fixes, restarting, running as admin, checking updates, the whole thing. At some point I had that feeling it just wasn’t going to work with my setup, and I should’ve trusted that instinct sooner.
Support wasn’t much help either. They mostly sent basic links and never clearly answered whether my specific Windows build was actually supported. In the end it felt like I wasted both time and money. If you’re on a newer or slightly different OS version, I’d definitely double-check everything before buying.

"I was really hoping this would be straightforward..."
I was really hoping this would be straightforward, but it was a bit of a headache. The menus felt scattered, and I kept having to guess where to go next, which got annoying quickly. A few steps weren’t explained well either, so I ended up wasting way too much time trying to do something that should’ve been simple. I’m sure it might make sense to someone more tech-savvy, but for an average user like me, it was just frustrating. I politely gave it a fair try, but I wouldn’t use it again.
"Price felt unfair to me"
I checked out EaseUS because I just needed a quick simple fix but the price felt way higher than I expected. It kept nudging me toward paid options and it did not feel worth it for what I was trying to do.
Maybe it is fine if you need the full set of tools but I wish the cost had been clearer from the start. I left feeling annoyed and not really happy with the whole thing...

"Really confusing interface"
I gave EaseUS a try, but the whole layout felt cluttered to me. There were so many buttons and pop-ups that I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to click next.
Some of the wording didn’t really help either. A couple of times I wasn’t sure if I was about to start a scan or just change some settings, so I ended up backing out and trying again.
Maybe other people don’t mind it, but for me it made a simple task feel way more annoying than it needed to be. I wasn’t really happy with the experience

"Installation was really confusing"
I couldn’t get it installed because the setup steps were way too unclear. I kept getting stuck, so I ended up not being able to use it at all.

"So... I bought a license expecting..."
So... I bought a license expecting it to be quick and straightforward, but the activation process turned into a whole mess. The code didn’t work at first, and the software kept acting like I needed to buy it again, which was really frustrating.
I tried the usual stuff like logging in again, restarting, checking my email, and poking around for anything I might’ve missed. It still took way too much time to sort out, and for paid software, that just feels poor. Definitely not happy with the experience
"Still waiting on support"
I reached out to support and, i’m still sitting here with no reply. It’s frustrating because I expected at least some kind of update by now

"Barely recovered anything, honestly feels like a ripoff"
I tried EaseUS to recover some deleted files, and I’m annoyed with how bad it was. It showed a bunch of file names like it had actually found my stuff, but then most of the recovered files were either broken or wouldn’t open at all. What’s the point of acting like the files are recoverable if they’re basically useless? I wasted my time and money on this, and I blame the software for giving me false hope.

"Got my files back, but most wouldn’t open"
I was really hoping this would save me after I lost a bunch of files, so I ran the recovery and waited, feeling relieved when I saw a lot of them show up again. But that relief didn’t last long. When I started opening them, most were corrupted or just wouldn’t work properly. A few things came back okay, but the majority were basically unusable, which was disappointing after getting my hopes up.
"Too pricey for me"
Tried it once. It was okay, I guess. Some stuff worked fine, but the upgrade prompts and limits got annoying fast. Just didn’t feel worth the price.

"Partition sizes were nothing like promised"
I tried this expecting it to handle my partitions properly, but the info it gave me was completely off. It made it sound like everything would be accurate and straightforward, but the reality was a mess and my partition sizes ended up wrong. Definitely not using it again

"The docs just made things harder"
I tried using EaseUS, the documentation didn’t really help much. Confusing.
The steps in the guides didn’t match what I was seeing on my screen, and a few pages felt outdated or like they were missing important details. I kept bouncing between different articles and still didn’t come away with a clear answer. Annoying.
For paid software, I expected the basic guides to be a lot better. I ended up having to figure out way too much on my own, which was frustrating. Disappointing.

"I tried the free version and it did..."
I tried the free version and it did find my deleted files, but then it wouldn’t actually let me recover them. Like… why make it so complicated? It feels useless if the main thing you need is locked behind a paywall...

"I tried upgrading my EaseUS software, the..."
I tried upgrading my EaseUS software, the whole thing gave me a bad feeling quickly. The page kept sending me in different directions, my license details weren’t easy to understand, and by the end I wasn’t even totally sure what I had paid for. An upgrade should be straightforward, but this felt messy and more stressful than it needed to be. Just didn’t sit right with me at all.

"Billing could’ve been handled better"
The billing experience was frustrating for me. I got charged at a time I wasn’t expecting, and the refund process took longer than I think is reasonable. To be fair, I understand mistakes can happen, but it didn’t feel very clear or easy to sort out. Overall, I wasn’t happy with how it was handled.

"I tried using EaseUS to scan my drive..."
I tried using EaseUS to scan my drive, it took way longer than I thought it would. I expected it to be a bit slow since drive scans can take time, but after leaving it running for hours, it had barely made any progress. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but I ended up giving up. For me, it just wasn’t worth all the waiting

"I tried using the live chat and it..."
I tried using the live chat and it was frustrating. The replies felt like they were just copied and pasted, and I had to explain the same issue over and over. I was also trying to get a straight answer about some charges that seemed unclear, which made me a little suspicious there might be hidden fees involved. After waiting around for a while, I still didn’t get a clear answer. Not a great support experience

"I just didn’t feel comfortable with the access it wanted"
From what I remember, the app asked for way more access than I expected, and that immediately made me uneasy. I kept wondering where my files were actually going and whether my data was really safe. Maybe it’s fine for some people, but based on my experience, I didn’t feel comfortable keeping it installed. I deleted it and don’t see myself using it again.

"Clone took forever and still didn’t work"
I tried to clone my disk and it just sat there forever without ever finishing. When it failed, it felt like they made it my problem instead of offering a clear fix or explanation. Frustrating experience overall
